Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across hotel rooms and common areas. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies regularly.
  • Ensure rooms are properly arranged and fully stocked.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Ensure timely cleaning of rooms before guest check-in.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and service areas.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Work efficiently during peak hours and manage workload.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and management.
Educational Requirements
  • Basic education required.
  • No formal qualification necessary.
  • Training in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
