Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a positive impression.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Ensure front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Process payments, billing, and invoices accurately.
  • Handle emails and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
Educational Requirements
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Relevant experience in front desk or customer service is an advantage.
