Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, a friendly personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold drinks.
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Handle customer requests and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
  • Process payments and handle billing accurately.
  • Educate customers about menu items and recommend products.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple orders.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
  • Report equipment issues or shortages to management.
  • Follow company standards and service procedures.
Educational Requirements
  • Basic education required.
  • Barista training or certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience can substitute formal education.
