Job Description

We are looking for a fast and energetic Food Runner to assist in delivering food from the kitchen to customers quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be active, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables promptly.
  • Ensure correct dishes are served to the right customers.
  • Assist waiters and service staff during busy hours.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness in serving and dining areas.
  • Check food presentation before serving.
  • Clear tables and assist in resetting them.
  • Respond quickly to customer needs and requests.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Help in organizing service flow during peak hours.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered without delay.
  • Assist in handling special requests from customers.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Support overall restaurant operations when needed.
Educational Requirements
  • Basic education required.
  • No formal qualification necessary.
  • Training in hospitality or service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
