Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will be the face of the hotel and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Process billing, payments, and invoices accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Handle emails and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures strictly.
Educational Requirements
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage.
