Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Banquet Coordinator to manage and execute banquet events smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple events, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising events from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage banquet events, meetings, and functions.
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements.
  • Plan event layouts, seating arrangements, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure all event setups are completed on time.
  • Supervise event execution and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues during events.
  • Maintain high standards of service and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory and arrange required supplies.
  • Prepare event reports and feedback summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting banquet services.
  • Manage budgets and control event costs.
  • Work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
Educational Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Event management training is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning.
  • Relevant experience can substitute formal education.
